Wed, Jun 4 2008 - MOC Seeking Experienced Webmaster
We are looking for the future Maryland Outdoor Club website webmaster. The current webmaster is looking to retire from his duties by the end of the year and we are currently looking for someone to take over the position. Basic duties include minor maintenance, periodic updates, and bug fixing. You should have the following skills:
- HTML development experience
- Web application development experience (ASP, PHP, JSP, etc)
- Relational database experience (MS SQL, MySQL, etc)
If you are familiar with the technology above and would like to help out the Maryland Outdoor Club, please send an email to webmaster@mdoutdoorclub.org. Please keep in mind this is a volunteer position and those seeking payment need not apply!

Thu, Jan 3 2008 - Calling All Members- WE NEED YOU
Currently the MOC has a fabulous, hard working group of organizers- but we need more! It's easy and fun. You won't realize how good it feels at the end of Your Event when someone tells you how much they have enjoyed it. So please come to the next social hour and have a chat with our very enthusiastic Social Coordinator- Stacy Murphy and our illustrious President- Colin Babb. They will give you all the tools you need to plan an exciting and fulfilling event. It may be the dead of winter, but the MOC is still going strong- bring us your ideas!

Maryland Outdoor Club, Inc. survives off the support of volunteers and donations.

Please note that the MOC waiver MUST be signed by each individual to allow participation in an event.
